Aynı Gün Kargo:

Siparişinizi size hızla ulaştırmak için çalışıyoruz! Hafta içi Pazartesi'den Perşembe'ye saat 14:00'e kadar ve Cuma günleri 16:00'a kadar verdiğiniz siparişleri aynı gün Aras Kargo firmasına teslim ediyoruz. Hafta içi bu saatlerden sonra verilen siparişler ertesi iş günü, Cuma 16:00 sonrası ve hafta sonu verilen siparişler ise Pazartesi günü kargoya verilir.

• Please note that deliveries to mobile areas may take a little longer. As cargo companies do not operate on official holidays and during public holidays, your delivery will be made on the first business day after the holiday.

• When your order is shipped, you will receive an informational email and text message. You can track your shipment by clicking the cargo tracking link in the text message and email. You can also track your shipment from your order details by logging in with your membership account.

• You can specify a different delivery address when placing your order. This address can be your home address, work address, or a friend's address.

• To ensure correct and easy delivery, you must fill in your address information completely. Your phone number is important so that you can be reached during delivery. (Your information will not be used for advertising purposes without your permission.)

• Your invoices will be sent to your email address as e-archive.

• Deliveries are made on weekdays. In some cases, the cargo company may also deliver on Saturdays. No deliveries are made on official holidays.

• Your package will be delivered to you or your immediate relatives. Proof of identity and surname consistency may be required. If the recipient is not at the address, the courier will attempt to reach them again.

• Shipments returned to the branch must be picked up within 3 business days. Otherwise, they will be returned to the sender.
