Shipping is free for all purchases over 150TL on our Domoda.com website. Below this amount, a shipping fee of 19.99 TL will be added to your cart.
Your orders until 14:00 on Monday – Thursday on weekdays and until 16:00 on Friday will be delivered to the cargo on the same day. Orders after 14:00 on Monday – Thursday will be delivered the next day, and orders after 16:00 on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
After your order is shipped, it will be delivered to your address within 1-3 business days via Sendeo or Sürat Kargo. Please note that deliveries in mobile areas may take a little longer. As cargo companies do not work during public holidays and public holidays, your delivery will be made within the first business day after the holiday.
An informative e-mail will be sent to you when your order is shipped. You can track your cargo by clicking the cargo tracking link in the SMS E-mail. You can track your cargo by logging into your account and clicking on the cargo tracking link of the relevant order for the orders you place with your membership account.
You can specify a different delivery address when placing your order. The address you specify for the delivery of your order can be your home address, work address or a friend's address.
You must fill in your address information (address, street, neighborhood, avenue) in order for your delivery to be accurate and easy. Entering your phone number into the system is of great importance in case the cargo distributors cannot find you at your address. (Without your consent, no communication will be made with you over the phone for advertising purposes.)
Your invoices are sent to your e-mail address as an e-archive.
Deliveries are made on weekdays within working days. Depending on the cargo company, in some cases, it is also done on Saturdays. Delivery is not possible on public holidays and weekends.
On delivery, your package can be delivered to you and only to your immediate family. Proof of ID will be required and surname consistency is required. The signature of the person receiving your package will be requested at the delivery address. If there is no one at the address, the courier will try to reach you again.
He or she may leave a card for you to pick up your package or reschedule a delivery date. Cargoes brought back to the branch must be received within 3 working days. Otherwise, the cargo will be returned to the exit branch within the knowledge of the sender.
