The return period is 15 days from the delivery date.
You can make your return request by clicking the return link in the My Orders section and filling out the relevant sections.
- The product you will return must be undamaged, unused and not damaged as a result of misuse.
- If products reach us in a used, worn or washed condition, we may have to send them back to you. In this case, no refund will be made.
- You must return the product/products you want to return with all accessories and original box and invoice.
- Returns of disposable products and products that deteriorate rapidly or are likely to expire are not accepted.
- Cosmetics and personal care products, underwear products, socks, swimwear, bikinis, books, copyable software and programs, DVD, VCD, CD and cassettes and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.) but their packaging is unopened, untested, intact and can be returned if unused.
- You can send your returns FREE of charge with the contracted cargo company that will be notified to you.
- Do not forget to specify the return shipping code when delivering your cargo.
- A return request for the relevant order is created in the My Account -> Orders section.
- Based on your return request, the product for the return is delivered to the nearest Aras Cargo branch with the return code given to you.
- After the product reaches the return acceptance unit, its compliance with the return conditions is checked.
- If the product complies with the return conditions, the return process is completed within 48 hours.
- The price you paid for the product you returned all It is deposited into the bank account to be notified to DOMODA by you or refunded to your credit card.
- If the product does not comply with the return conditions, it will be sent back to your address.
